Advent is a time of celebration
of Jesus’ birth & a focused anticipation of His return!
Our emphasis during Advent this year is on HOPE. Each Sunday, you will have two unique experiences to explore the Hope of Christ with your family and others.
At 9 AM your family will explore hope through study, discussion, and activity. Two tracks are available: one for families with elementary-aged children and one for all other families. This is a great time to grow deeper in your relationship with Christ and your family and friends. Be sure to come each Sunday in December at 9 AM.
At 10 AM we will learn how Christ brings us Hope through his promised roles as Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace, and Emmanuel. There will be multiple ways you can connect with others in prayer during this series.
In addition to our in-person experiences, we invite you to utilize the resources found below on this page throughout December to learn all that Christ brings us. Afterall, “Hope has a Name”.
Bible reading plans
This 30 day devotional examines one Christmas carol each day and reflects on how that song helps us to better understand and follow Jesus. Most carols are familiar to us…we sing them every year…but do we really grasp what they are talking about? In other words, when we look at “The Christmas Carols,” do we hear the hope of Christmas past, present, and future?
Do you wonder if God has a tangible purpose for you in your current season of life? As you walk through the Advent season this year, may the Lord reveal your purpose, hope and joy as you learn from the people God placed in His Christmas story—the birth of the Messiah. Each person God chose teaches a valuable lesson that applies to us today. Join us in thie 25 day reading plan.
